Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing team. The position is in Maidstone, Kent, with hybrid working possible.
Key Responsibilities- Design marketing assets including product manuals, brochures, packaging artwork, advertisements, social media graphics and point-of-sale materials.
- Maintain and update the company website, including uploading content, images and product information.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our products.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, email campaigns, video, social media and more.
- Conduct performance analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales and PR department to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns where required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and digital marketing trends.
- Experience in a marketing, graphic design or similar creative role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
- Experience maintaining or updating websites (e.g., Word Press or similar CMS).
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing and social media; experience with SEO, SEM or email marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to stakeholders where English isn’t a first language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual detail.
- Willingness to learn about hi‑fi products and terminology.
- Occasional travel to trade shows may be required (limited weekend/overseas travel).
£24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year.
