Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the marketing within our clients' organisation. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Marketing Graduate who is eager to apply their learning in a fast-paced environment and build a career in marketing.

• Assist with the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create and edit content for social media, email, web and printed materials
• Support social media scheduling, community engagement and basic analytics reporting
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign activity
• Maintain marketing assets, databases and CRM records; support list management and segmentation
• Help prepare materials for events, promotions and internal communications
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and help track campaign budgets and timelines

• Marketing Graduate (degree or equivalent qualification) - required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning new tools
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment

• Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, email marketing platforms or CMS systems
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
