Agency Registered Nurse

Position: Agency Registered Nurse -  Flexible Shifts
Onpoint Care is a trusted and well-established temporary staffing agency, providing high-quality staffing support to care providers across the UK.
Due to continued growth and our expansion into Maidstone and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced, professional and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our flexible agency team.
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will work across a variety of healthcare and care settings, providing safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while working alongside established care teams and other healthcare professionals.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans, clinical requirements and the policies and procedures of each placement.
Your responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring individuals' health and wellbeing, administering and managing medication, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately.
You may also provide clinical guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants and other members of the care team while ensuring that dignity, choice, safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards are maintained.
As an agency nurse, you will need to be confident adapting to different care environments while remaining accountable for your professional practice.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are professional, dependable, clinically confident and committed to delivering excellent standards of care.
Applicants must:
 
* Hold current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
 
* Have relevant recent UK nursing experience and be confident with medication management, clinical documentation and recognising deterioration
 
* Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction, mandatory training and any required competency assessments
 
* Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK
