Agency Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans, clinical requirements and the policies and procedures of each placement. Your responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring individuals' health and wellbeing, administering and managing medication, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately. You may also provide clinical guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants and other members of the care team while ensuring that dignity, choice, safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards are maintained.

As an agency nurse, you will need to be confident adapting to different care environments while remaining accountable for your professional practice.

We are looking for Registered Nurses who are professional, dependable, clinically confident and committed to delivering excellent standards of care.

Applicants must:

• Hold current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
• Have relevant recent UK nursing experience and be confident with medication management, clinical documentation and recognising deterioration
• Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction, mandatory training and any required competency assessments
• Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available, with a variety of day, night and weekend shifts, subject to client requirements and shift availability.
