Veterinary Receptionist

We’re on the lookout for a warm, experienced Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at Trinity Vet Centre. If you love working with animals and people and enjoy being the friendly face welcoming clients and their pets, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your days will be varied and rewarding—answering phones, booking appointments, managing payments, helping clients with health plans, and supporting the smooth running of our clinic. You’ll be part of a great team, ensuring every visit is a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

You will work 41 hours per week across 4 days, covering 10‑hour shifts; this will also include one in 3 Saturday mornings.

Located in the heart of Maidstone, surrounded by the picturesque Kentish countryside, Trinity Vet Centre is a thriving small animal and exotic practice. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and a seamless client experience. Our team of dedicated vets, nurses, and support staff, many with specialised training in exotic species, work together to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
