A Kent-based SME house builder is hiring a Land Buyer to source residential development opportunities, evaluate sites and run financial viability from first look through to approval. You will build and maintain relationships with agents, landowners and planners across Kent, Sussex, London and Surrey, ensuring a steady land pipeline aligned with growth plans.
Expect autonomy from day one, a real influence over what gets bought, and a package up to £60,000 basic salary plus further benefits.
