Managing a portfolio of residential properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Dealing with day-to-day property management enquiries Organising and overseeing maintenance and repairs Liaising with contractors and arranging access to properties Carrying out property inspections where required What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
