• Maintain tight admin, rosters, stock, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience managing teams and bringing out the best in people.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle tough conversations.
• Ability to run a tight ship, keeping operations efficient, clean, and compliant even in chaos.

• Pay rate: £35,000 – £40,000
