Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and be part of the Shop team, delivering top service and building customer relationships to drive repeat visits.
Salary is £13.00 per hour. The role includes varied shifts, with a typical weekly rota around 30 hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
