An ambitious and growing business in the water hygiene and compliance sector is looking for a UK Sales Manager to drive new contracts and unlock their next phase of growth. This isn’t just another sales role — you’ll make a real day-to-day impact on the wider business , influencing strategy, shaping client relationships, and playing a key role in scaling the company towards ambitious growth targets.

• Win and develop new recurring revenue contracts across water hygiene and legionella compliance
• Work with high-profile clients across healthcare, education, FM, and commercial property
• Get involved in tenders, frameworks, and key account development
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
• Sole contributor role initially, with genuine scope to build and lead a sales team as the business grows

• Basic salary : £50,000 – £65,000 DOE
• Car allowance : £450 p / m
• Commission :
  Uncapped – realistic OTE £80k+ with no ceiling

• Proven experience selling water hygiene contracts (ACoP L8, HTM 04-01, HSG
  274)
• Strong sector network in FM, healthcare, education, or commercial property
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and motivated by uncapped rewards
• Equally confident winning new business and managing tenders / frameworks
