But monthly hardware fees, different rates for different cards, extra costs on every transaction and frequent price increases have made payments too stressful. That’s why we started Flatpay. One flat rate across all cards - that’s it.
We’re already more than 1,000 people across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany and France and recently launched in the UK.
What you’ll doLocation: Remote (Maidstone/Sevenoaks/Tunbridge Wells)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £60k-£70k OTE (Commission uncapped)
Responsibilities:
- Attendon-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team;demo Flatpaysolutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
- Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
- Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
- Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution.
Commission:
Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.
Transportation: Mileage paid for personal cars with free Ringgo parking account.

- Highly motivated with proven talent for identifying opportunities and closing sales
- Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation and objection handling
- Self-starter, resilient and motivated by commission and results
- Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and ops teams
Background
- Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (payments industry experience not required) preferred
- Experience selling to SME owners
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally as required (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance)
