We’re looking for confident and motivated Sales People to join our expanding team.

• Engaging with warm inbound leads and generating new business through outbound calling and lead generation
• Taking clients through a full fact-finding process to understand their needs
• Recommending the right private medical insurance policies from leading providers
• Building trust and rapport to close sales and achieve monthly targets

• High-performing sales individuals with a proven track record of success
• Ambitious salespeople who are ready to take the next step in their career
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
• Previous exposure to lead generation and cold calling
• Excellent capacity to retain and learn new information
• A resilient, tenacious attitude and the ability to self-motivate
• Strong communication skills and confidence when working under pressure
• A drive to succeed and progress within a growing company
• Health insurance background not required. Full training provided

• Realistic £60,000+ OTE with uncapped commission
