Client Acquisition Executive - Maidstone- £26k-£29k plus commission

Fantastic opportunity for a sales executive based in Kent, working within a highly successful busy sales team

We are looking for a sales executive for a key client of ours to help support and open new accounts for the business and support the growth and development of the wider sales team and commercial department. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a personal target as well as helping drive the team forward to hit our commercial objectives.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

· Identify new clients through cold calls via phone, email, social media, networking, and referrals.

· Assist and support on tailored outreach for the execution of new acquisition campaigns.

· Establish relationships with key decision-makers.

· Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience.

· Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align key campaign strategies.

· Provide detailed feedback on outreach campaigns and client interactions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for campaign performance, track leads, and manage acquisition tools and platforms.

· Monitor KPI’s like conversion rates and new opportunities created.

Required Skills:

· Ideally 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the B2B sales sector.

· Computer literate (familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable but not essential, able to use MS Office Suite products)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive pitches.

· Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

· Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building
