Sales Advisor (Entry Level Position) - Immediate starts available in Central Maidstone!

Successful applicants will represent clients through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential campaigns on behalf of recognised non-profit brands within the Kent area. What Is Needed to Be a Successful Sales Assistant:
Strong English communication skills. Confidence when engaging with customers face-to-face. A proactive and adaptable approach. Full-time equivalent availability , with a minimum of 4–5 full working days per week. Ability to commute to the Maidstone hub each working day. What's On Offer A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day) plus commission and financial incentives.

The Role:

Representing a variety of clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns across the Kent area. Promoting products and services while delivering a positive customer experience. Attending client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions facilitated by experienced individuals. Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions. Maintaining a professional approach when representing clients. Our client values candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds, they particularly welcome individuals with experience in the following areas: customer service, sales representative, marketing supervisor, sales executive, direct sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, call centre, call centre inbound, marketing representative, call centre outbound, bar manager, hospitality, marketing assistant, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, and any other customer service or sales role.

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across residential campaigns throughout Kent. Successful individuals operate on a subcontracted basis. Earnings within this opportunity consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives. This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
