• Basic Salary: £22,750 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £31,150)
• Realistic Earnings: £34,000
• Car Allowance: £2,000
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
• Essential: A full driving license and your own car

• Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
• Create a welcoming experience for customers, whether they’re renting or letting
• Present and negotiate offers, assisting in progressing and managing the process
• Identify new leads and generate business to boost performance
• Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book appointments for additional services (i.e. mortgages)
• Split time between the office and viewings, making each day exciting and varied

• A minimum of 1 years’ Lettings experience is essential
• Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
