• Lead a team of talented Financial Directors serving ambitious £2–50M private businesses
• Grow and develop a high-performing regional business with CEO-level mindset and autonomy
• Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients as advisor, strategist, and trusted partner
• Find exceptional Financial Directors to join The CFO Centre movement
• Engage and motivate the Financial Director team
• Show clients how part-time CFO services can transform their businesses
• Generate sales and find leads
• Add value and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
• Work closely with Chief Commercial Officers Matthew Mills and Chris Holliday
• Report to Divisional Director Ryan Oates

• Local or adopted local in the Kent region
• Great network and a 'black book' of outstanding individuals and businesses in the region
