Field Sales Executive

Location: Maidstone

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K). £250 a month car allowance. Business travel paid.

We’re looking for a sales professional who is confident, ambitious, and hungry to earn. This is a door‑to‑door sales role in the broadband industry.

• Go door‑to‑door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• Drive performance – hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Motivated by targets and results, with solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role.
• Ability to engage people and get the "yes" in a real conversation.
• Friendly, confident, and proficient at managing time and working independently in the field.

• Basic salary of £25,000 & uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K.
