Sales Executive – Premier Main Dealer Franchise

Salary: £20,000 Basic Salary + Competitive Bonus / OTE Structure

Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Saturdays: 08:30 – 17:00 (with a day off in lieu)
• Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00 (on a rota basis)

• Building strong rapport and lasting relationships with new and existing customers to tailor sales to their specific needs.
• Managing the end-to-end sales process for new and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional, customer-focused experience.
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets for vehicles, finance products, and add-ons in a target-driven environment.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on brand models, features, vehicle specifications, and financing options.
• Requirements: Ideally 3+ years of car sales experience, a friendly and persuasive communicator with a strong target-driven focus, and a full, current UK driving licence.

This role is based in Maidstone, Kent, making it an easy commute from Chatham, Rochester, Aylesford, Tonbridge, and Ashford.
