Business Development Manager – Off-Highway Tyres (OTR)

Our client, a leading specialist in tyre repair and replacement for construction plant tyres and off

highway machinery, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth

across the South of the UK.

This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, building long-term client relationships,

and expanding market share within the construction and off-highway tyre sector.

• Generate new business opportunities and grow market presence across the South UK region.
• Build long-term partnerships with construction and plant industry customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans to increase market penetration.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial agreements.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide market insights and growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

• Proven business development experience within the plant, construction, or tyre industry.
• Strong new business sales background.
• Experience selling off-road/off-highway tyres is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and develop strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and market analysis skills.
• Ideally based around Crawley, Reading, Basingstoke, Swindon, or the M25/M23 corridor.
