Bridges are currently looking to expand our Inspection and Testing team to work across Water and Wastewater sites across the south east of England.

Across our key sectors – Water, Power, Energy and Aggregates, and supported through our regional office network and manufacturing hub in the heart of Somerset (part of our 60,000ft head‑office complex) – we deliver diverse and interesting projects and programmes throughout UK infrastructure.
Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off‑site manufacturing capacity.
RoleYou will be working as part of our fixed electrical testing team, ensuring electrical compliance at our customers’ sites predominantly within the water industry. You will be mobile, visiting sites around the East and South of the M25 and into outside areas. You will be contracted to 40 hrs per week of on‑site hours Monday to Friday. You will be paid hourly with overtime and travel paid door‑to‑door.
You will carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations and produce detailed reports, including any rectification works required.

- You will also be provided with all the tools, testing equipment and PPE required to carry out this role, as well as a Tablet / Laptop and phone
Required
- ECS Gold Card (essential)
- City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installation (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable
- PASMA / IPAF
- EUSR Water Hygiene
- Thames Water Passport
