Alternate or Late Shift HGV Technician in Maidstone, Kent

• Position: HGV Technician (Alternate/Late Shift)

• Salary: £40,000 + Overtime Opportunities (Circa £45,000 OTE)

• Week 1:
  Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 15:30 / Friday 07:00 – 14:30
• Week 2:
  Monday – Thursday 15:30 – Midnight / Friday 14:30 – 22:00
• Rota Saturdays: 07:00 – 16:00 (Paid as overtime)
• OR Permanent - Monday to Thursday 3.30pm to Midnight. Friday 2.30pm to 10pm. Rota Saturday's 7am to 4pm

Our client, a respected commercial vehicle dealership based in Maidstone, is seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join their team on an alternate or late shift basis. • Service, repair, and diagnose heavy commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Maintain high quality and safety standards on all work completed
• Ensure efficient repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Keep records of work performed and parts used
• Work within a team committed to excellence

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in heavy vehicle service and maintenance
• A minimum of two years’ experience working with heavy commercial vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
