Buckinghamshire Council’s Social Work Academy offers an ASYE programme designed to support Newly Qualified Social Workers as they start their career. You'll join a Locality Team or Children in Care Team, with a tailored induction, classroom learning, shadowing, reflective practice and direct support from experienced colleagues.
Throughout the year you will benefit from protected learning days, phased caseloads and bespoke workshops, plus wellbeing and professional development focus.
