To become a delivery driver, you will need a valid UK driving licence, an iPhone or Android smartphone, a mid‑size vehicle with five seats or larger, a UK National Insurance Number, proof of your right to work in the UK, commercial vehicle insurance, and to pass a background and criminal record check that includes a review of driving licence records. No previous experience as a transportation, truck, taxi, courier, or delivery driver is necessary.
