Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. You’ll be delivering shopping to customers’ doors, providing exceptional customer service, and representing Iceland’s face to customers.
Responsibilities- Deliver shopping to customers’ doors
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Assist in store operations when needed (e.g., checkout, packing stock)
- Manage a hectic workload, prioritize tasks, and remain customer‑first
- Current driving licence held for at least 3 years
- No more than 6 points on the licence
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards working with diverse customers
- Self‑starter and ability to juggle a hectic workload
- Team player with a willingness to help across the store
Shifts can start as early as 6 am and finish as late as 11 pm.
