Rapier Employment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a leading blue-chip logistics contract based in Allington.

The role offers hourly rates between £19.05 and £25.34, depending on shift timing, with overtime paid at £24.84 per hour after 42.5 hours. The benefit includes a weekly attendance bonus, holiday pay, and a company pension. Mortgage and employment references are available.

Drivers will secure consistent, long-term work with temp-to-perm opportunities. Key skills include a valid Class 1 licence, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts.

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be working on a well-established logistics contract, operating modern vehicles and delivering a professional, reliable service.

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 04:00 and 06:00
• Average 12-hour shifts
• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed pay per shift

• A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Driver CPC Qualification Card (DQC)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• At least 6 months' Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, CD or IN endorsements)
• Right to work in the UK
