What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination of national events, managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Help coordinate event logistics including venue arrangements, travel bookings, and registration processes
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners through effective communication and contract tracking
  • Track event budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting
  • Collaborate with regional event coordinators and department teams to support event planning efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in customer service-focused roles
  • Familiarity with event planning tools and resource management
  • Previous experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel for site inspections and industry conferences
