Helping others is what we do best. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build client relationships that grow stronger each year and focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future.

  • High‑school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales or marketing experience
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer‑service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
