Patient Care Coordinator: Front Desk & Care Coordination

Northern Light Health, in strategic partnership with Optum, seeks an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, inputting patient information received in person or over the phone to update hospital systems with demographic, insurance, and financial data.

You will input information accurately, coordinate with Financial Counseling, Scheduling, and clinical areas, and assist with way finding and admissions while training 1–4 weeks.
