You'll work closely with the administrative team to ensure efficiency and precision in all your tasks.

• Reviewing and inputting a high volume of receipts and thank you letters for donors
• Managing your workload independently with reliability and proactive initiative
• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to perform various administrative tasks and mail merges
• Maintaining attention to detail to uphold data accuracy and integrity
• Supporting the team by ensuring timely and accurate data entry throughout your shifts

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, mainly Word and Excel
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with mail merges is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate

This is an on-site position in Topsham, ME, with a PT schedule approximately 16 hours per week. The assignment is expected to run through mid-January 2027.
