Wolfoods is seeking a Food Service Operations Director for a fast-paced, on-site role at rural summer camp facilities across the US. This is a seasonal contract from May to Sept, with 6 days/70 hours per week and live-in housing.
You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, lead FOH and kitchen staff, manage budgets, ensure allergen safety, and liaise with campers and Wolfoods corporate office.
Competitive weekly pay, bonus, room and board, and travel allowances are provided.
