Base pay range

$19.50/hr – $19.50/hr

Sargent offers competitive pay and benefits starting as a full‑time laborer and training to run heavy equipment or supervise crews.

Individuals who successfully complete their first construction season will receive additional classroom instruction and hands‑on training during the winter months.

SCA Location

Sargent's Training Facility in Orono, ME & jobsites across Maine & New Hampshire.

Classes Begin

April and June 2026.

Duties
  • Demolition and/or cleanup

This Job Is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.50 per hour

Schedule
  • 10-12 hour shift, occasional Saturday shifts depending on project assignment
Education
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification

  • 100% (Required) – lodging, per diem, and most mileage paid
