• Support customers with queries related to invoices received
• Perform administrative tasks including problem analysis, customer information dissemination, training, and small translations
• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer service experiences
• Utilize technical tools such as Jira, MS Office Suite, and Google tools to assist customers effectively

• Proficient in Italian, English, and French for verbal and written formal communication
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, preferably in software companies
• Fast technical comprehension and willingness to learn new tools
• High level of organizational skills, proactivity, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and manage diverse tasks

• Experience with software companies in a customer‑facing role
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Office Suite, and Google tools
