Boyne Resorts operates Pleasant Mountain and seeks Resort Service Specialists renowned for problem solving and outstanding guest service. You will be the primary contact for lift tickets, passes, and guest information on and off the mountain.
Responsibilities include selling season passes and day tickets, assisting with all lift access products, and providing knowledgeable support on mountain services, events, and amenities. Prior ski area or credit card handling experience is a plus.
