Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

Cary Medical Center is seeking two full-time Emergency Room Physicians to join our 24‑hour ED, which manages approximately 16,000 visits annually. Our Emergency Department is a Level II trauma center, treating a wide range of cases. Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgery, and other critical cases are stabilized and transferred to tertiary care centers.

Our physicians work alongside highly trained nursing staff in a well‑equipped department featuring one trauma room and 11 exam rooms. Patients are prioritized by severity, with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners managing less urgent cases. At Cary, we take pride in our workplace culture—our team has been voted one of Maine’s Best Places to Work in 2025 for the fifth consecutive year.

You will be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.
