Position: Ed Tech II & III - 24/25 School Year
Location: Nobleboro

Ed Tech II & III - 24/25 School Year at Nobleboro Central School, part of Serving Schools.

Nobleboro Central School is looking for part-time and full-time Ed Tech II or III positions in the Student Support Center (SSC) behavior program. SSC staff address social-emotional, behavioral, executive functioning, and academic needs of a small number of elementary level students identified by the MTSS team or who qualify for Special Education services. Students not successful in the SSC program may be placed in the more restrictive self-contained AOS 93 behavior program called COMPASS.

Preferred/eRequired

Experience
  • Experience working in specialized behavioral or life skills programs is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with K‑8 teachers, other educational technicians, and administration.
  • Supervise students in special and regular education classroom settings.
  • Assist in preparation of instructional materials.
  • Implement structured MTSS/Special Ed behavior plans.
  • Provide direct instructional and executive functioning support.
  • Monitor and document student academic, behavioral, and social growth.
  • Complete annual safety care trainings.
Qualifications
  • State of Maine Educational Technician certification or eligibility.
  • Approved Criminal Records Check (CHRC).
  • Background check to be run by the AOS 93 school department.
