Special Education Teacher – Brownville Elementary School

MSAD 41, serving the communities of Milo, Brownville, and LaGrange, is seeking an experienced and energetic Special Education Teacher for our students at Brownville Elementary School in Brownville.

• Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities, incorporating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Apply differentiated instruction, behavioral and de‑escalation strategies, developmental social skills, accommodations, and modifications.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to design and implement effective learning plans.

• 282 certification is required;
  Safety Care certification preferred (training provided if needed).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; solid understanding of all aspects of special education.
• Team‑oriented professional with experience in IEPs, differentiated instruction, and related strategies.
