Building Principal

School Year 176-day position – Hourly rate from $18.85 to $22.32 per hour, dependent on experience; position is under the Oxford Hills Educational Support Personnel Association, which can be viewed here.

Candidates must hold a valid Ed Tech certificate.

Further, instructional staff will emphasize and employ practices that lead to improvement in student achievement by:

• Instilling problem-solving and critical thinking as a “new basics” for learning across all grade levels;
• Delivering strong literacy instruction across content areas;
• Helping students develop skills to apply, interpret, analyze, and evaluate the vast, ever-expanding amount of information;
• Employing effective lesson design by adjusting to students’ personal learning needs and preferences, including appropriate technology applications.

Required:

valid Ed Tech certificate.
