The K–5 General Education Teacher provides instruction,classroom management, and student support in accordance with state standards,district policies, and school expectations.
The General Education Teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth, social–emotional development, and positive behavior. The General Education Teacher collaborates with school staff, families, and Amergis Educational Staffing to ensure high-quality educational services for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
Valid state teaching license and/or certificate/endorsement as required by state
Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred
State Teacher Certification;

Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Must be at least 18 years of age
