Job Description- Monitor facility processes and procedures for adherence to all aspects of environmental regulatory and compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company regulations.
- Manage capital expenditure (Cap Ex) program and maintenance repair and operations annual planning and forecasting including obtaining quotes, preparing Cap Ex requests and following projects from conception to completion.
- Direct and supervise the maintenance, environmental and electrical departments including developing schedules and controlling a preventive maintenance program to maintain production machinery and equipment in proper working condition. Manage employee development and succession planning.
- Inspect and ensure jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
- Recommend, plan and implement equipment needs to improve production efficiency and/or cost reduction procedures.
- Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and other job‑related equipment.
- Maintain plant drawings with a focus on improving product flow.
- Undertake environmental protection projects and management systems.
- Oversee financial review and reporting, monitoring and reporting reports for maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles, machining practices, mathematics and dimensions relevant to production machinery and tooling.
- Preferred experience with woven and non‑woven processes.
- Proficiency with Auto Desk and/or Solid Works design software along with strong drafting skills and computer systems and data processing.
- In‑depth knowledge and understanding of all current government standards and the ability to identify, develop, implement and measure including water and wastewater systems, DEP, EPA, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with technical and environmental reports.
- Good interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and good problem‑solving skills.
Engineering degree with 7-10 years of experience OR 15+ years of experience in lieu of the degree. Several years of experience in a production environment is preferred.
