Oxford Casino Hotel, located in Oxford, Maine, is part of Churchill Downs Incorporated and has grown since opening in 2012. It offers over 900 slot machines and 23 table games, two restaurants, and a 107‑room hotel with six suites. • Answers incoming phone calls; operates telephone system to receive incoming messages and records guest messages and relays them to the appropriate parties
• Answers guest questions regarding facility and surrounding area
• Acts as a sales member for promotion of internal events, dining and packages
• Promotes outstanding customer relations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year prior experience in guest service capacity
• Excellent guest service skills; attentive and detail oriented
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with both guests and co‑workers
• Must have basic math skills with the ability to accurately handle cash and process sales transactions
• Prior computer experience with Microsoft Office and e‑mail; point of sale system experience preferred
• Ability to create a positive and upbeat work environment

This is a sedentary position, and an ergonomic workstation and frequent breaks will be provided.
