Overview
Relationship Banker Swing Float opportunity based at one banking center with travel to multiple banking centers within the region as needed. This role involves spending part of the day on the teller line handling transactions and part of the day working with customers at a desk.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, accurate financial transactions to customers.
- Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits.
- Promote our core values and deliver the best banking experience by assisting customers and building strong relationships on the teller line and at the desk when opening accounts.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and gain exposure to different banking centers.
- Contribute to retail banking center goals and float between multiple banking centers across the region.
- Enjoy variety in day-to-day work and thrive at multitasking.
- Passion for helping others and providing needs-based solutions face-to-face.
- Team player who enjoys traveling and working with multiple teams, sometimes on short notice.
- Previous cash-handling or sales experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Looking to start a career or re-enter the banking industry.
