You’ll be at the heart of our CEE leadership team, partnering with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights that shape strategy and performance. From evaluating investment opportunities to identifying efficiencies and mitigating risks, you’ll help steer decisions that sustain market share and accelerate growth. Your role will span planning, forecasting, and influencing commercial outcomes across Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Advanced Wound Management.

Success means being a trusted advisor who combines financial expertise with commercial acumen. You’ll challenge assumptions constructively and guide decisions that create value. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree in Finance, ideally complemented by an MBA or postgraduate certification
• At least 10 years of experience in a corporate finance environment or practice setting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
