Job Details:The EEG Technologist III (Long‑Term Monitoring for Epilepsy (LTME) and ICU/cEEG Specialist) is an advanced level position in the epilepsy monitoring unit. The candidate must have passed examination by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists, Inc. (ABRET) and have proven competence to obtain credentials in electroencephalography (R. EEG T.*) and long‑term monitoring (CLTM*). The role includes providing findings, results, and a descriptive analysis according to facility policy and procedures.
The EEG Tech III performs all core functions of the EEG Tech II and may also perform the following responsibilities:
Wada, PET, and Ictal SPECT. Strong, well‑developed communication skills are essential. The position requires working days, nights and/or weekends and holidays as needed.
Shift: Three 12‑hour shifts.
Eligible for up to $5,000 sign on bonus
Education Requirements:High School (Required)
Certification/License Requirements:Must be Board Eligible. No need for REEGT Certification Radiological Electroencephalography Technologist - ABRET or other National registry.
