• Maximize order intake, sales, and price realization for medical equipment
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with hospitals and medical institutions
• Identify and acquire new customers within a dedicated portfolio
• Conduct sales presentations for both new and existing customers
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of local marketing strategies

• University degree; medical educational background is preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical equipment or disposable sales
• Proven experience in electrophysiology is a strong asset
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools

• Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations and provide on‑site implementation support
• Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad
