What You’ll Do

As aLicensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical (LMSW-CC), you will provide individual and/or group therapy toclients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety,depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Inthis role, you will:

• Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices
• Partner with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values
• Support clients in building coping strategies,insight, and resilience
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,including psychiatric providers, to deliver integrated care when appropriate
• Advocate for clients and support them through complex or crisis situations
• Engage in team meetings, consultation, and continuous professional development

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Maine Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical (LMSW-CC) license
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage arange of mental health conditions
• Comfort working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others
• Looking for a group practice to call a long-termhome
• Aligned with our values and a desire to grow withour practice
