Clinical Hospital Pharmacist: Rounds, Counseling & Safety

Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital in Maine seeks a Pharmacist to provide medication management as part of an interdisciplinary team. Involved in order verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and distribution; participates in pharmacotherapy interventions and patient counseling during rounds.

This role includes precepting students and new staff, sharing drug information with providers, nurses, and patients, and upholding HIPAA and safety standards in a fast-paced hospital setting.
