THE JOB:As a Parking Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE:$12.08/hr plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
- Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
- Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
- Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
- Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
- Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Drivers License required to start
- Ability to drive manual cars highly preferred
- 2+ Years of prior relevant experience working in a service‑related positions preferred
