Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at the Union Bluff Hotel, based in York Beach, ME. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high‑quality service, and compliance with safety and health regulations. Responsibilities include staff training, maintaining inventory, developing customer service standards, and collaborating with team members to provide a superior dining experience.

The manager will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Proven ability to lead and train staff in alignment with company standards
• Proficiency in financial management within the food and beverage sector
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve issues under pressure and maintain a positive team environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
