Full Time positions, typically 6:45 am to 3:30 pm – flexible. Some part‑time employment available.

Compensation: $18.50–$22.00 per hour + additional 7% incentive payment of total wages.

Seasonal position:
April – October 2026.

Start date:

April/May/Early June.

Housing may be available to full‑time candidates who can commit to a full summer or full season al candidates may not be eligible for housing due to single shift daytime work.

Experience:

Applicants with previous experience are given preferential review although no experience is required; this is a great chance to enjoy working on one of the most beautiful locations on Sebago Lake.

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance with a properly cleaned uniform.
• Using provided supplies, clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces (make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, wash windows, replace light bulbs, fold linens, remove dirty linens, towels, garbage, and recycling).
• Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA and Maine regulations.
• Push cleaning cart with supplies and equipment on both inside and outside surfaces; keep storage areas cleaned and supplied.
• Greet guests warmly, use discretion to avoid disturbing guests, and be able to explain operation of room equipment.
• Secure keys and respect guest personal property and privacy.
• Answer basic questions about the property and activities, and refer guests as needed.
• Collaborate with team and front desk to meet guest needs and communicate special needs.
• Handle and communicate guest requests, maintenance issues, and complaints professionally.
• Label and submit all lost and found items per procedure.
• Follow personal sanitation, use PPE, and handle unsanitary linens, bodily fluids, etc.; prevent injury from improper reaching, lifting, stretching, and carrying.
• Notify about broken equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Manually lift/carry up to 60 lb between knees and shoulders.
• Maintain bilateral fine manipulation of both hands; repetitive for entire shift.
• Remain vertically mobile in limited space for entire shift.
• Protect assets of the property and Migis Hotel Group.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English, orally and written.
• Team player.
• Understands verbal directions and safety signage.
• Active listening and observation skills.
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines during busy periods.
