Night Auditor - Bar Harbor Inn and Spa

The Bar Harbor Inn and Spa is seeking a Seasonal Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team, where you’ll play an essential role in delivering a seamless overnight guest experience at one of Maine’s most iconic oceanfront properties.

This is a seasonal position, spring through fall, offering overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Complete nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight hours

• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments

• Monitor hotel security and respond appropriately to overnight concerns

• Prepare the lobby and coffee station for the morning team

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment throughout the night

• Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Clear communication and effective problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
